Step back in time to the Age of Steel and Stone with the Forge House set, a 1,595-piece medieval masterpiece that combines atmospheric lighting, rich interiors, and architectural authenticity. Built for adults or teens who love depth in their builds, this set is all about immersion: feel the heat of the furnace, hear the hammer on anvil, and explore living quarters above the forge.
Authentic Medieval Architecture
The design captures classic elements of medieval style, pitched red-tile roofs, stone and brick façades, heavy wooden beams and columns, and a towering chimney that suggests relentless, fiery work within.
Forge Workshop on the Ground Floor
The bottom level is devoted to the forge itself: anvils, grindstones, weapon racks, working tools, and realistic glowing effects from the furnace. Transparent orange and red elements mimic embers and flames, enhancing the feel of a working smithy.
Cozy Living Spaces Upstairs
The second floor is a living and dining area, with period-correct furniture. The third floor contains bedrooms, one for the master blacksmith, another for the apprentice. There are decorative relics: scrolls, weapons, possibly even a hidden heirloom sword.
Extensive Lighting & Mood Effects
Lighting plays a big role in this build. The set includes 5 LED light strings with 11 lit locations:
3 “breathing red” lights around the outdoor forge, simulating furnace glow.
2 warm yellow torches flanking the ground floor entrance.
2 torches inside first floor interior.
2 oil lamps for second floor interior.
1 candle + 1 oil lamp in the attic / third floor.
These varied lighting sources bring texture, depth, and warmth to the model, particularly in dim lighting.
Modular & Display-Friendly Design
The building is constructed in three main floors which detach / disassemble easily, letting you view and interact with interiors. The roof and some elements are removable for display or access.
Strong Thematic Story & Lore
This isn’t just a blacksmith’s workshop: you get characters and narrative potential, a master smith (Thorn), an apprentice (Gareth), visitors like a ranger and a noble swordsman coming for commissions. There’s also lore like the “Legendary Sword of Kings” kept as a family relic in the attic.
Quality & Practical Details
Includes a lighting kit; batteries not included.
Clear assembly guide is provided.
Comes with a two-year warranty.
It delivers atmosphere. The lighting and flame effects make this more than a display, it feels alive at dusk.
The lore gives it personality. You’re not just building a house; you’re hosting a blacksmith’s life: fire, sweat, metal, and craft.
Great for display and for interaction. Because floors and sections open, you can show off interiors or arrange scenes inside.
Strong gift potential for collectors, fantasy fans, medieval lovers, or anyone who appreciates detailed architectural modeling.
