2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of stock errors, suspected fraud, or other issues.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once an item has been dispatched.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy applies to all purchases.

  • In-store: No refunds; exchange or store credit only within 14 days (receipt required). SALE items are final.

  • Online: Full refund within 14 days of delivery, excluding return postage (unless faulty). After 14 days, returns may be accepted with a 10% restocking fee. SALE items are final unless faulty, that includes if they are sold with damaged boxes.

  • Faulty or damaged goods will be refunded, repaired, or replaced in accordance with UK consumer law.
