The BarnDawg Store – Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that our return terms differ for in-store and online purchases.


🏬 In-Store Purchases

  • Exchanges & Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases. Instead, you may request an exchange or store credit.

  • Return Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Receipt Required: A valid receipt is required for all exchanges or store credit.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on SALE are considered final purchases and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Faulty/Not as Described Items: If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


🌐 Online & Distance Purchases

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order for a full refund, including the original delivery cost.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If items have been handled in a way that reduces their value (e.g., opened, missing pieces, damaged packaging), we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund.

  • After 14 Days: Returns made after the 14-day cooling-off period may still be accepted, but a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on SALE are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return, unless faulty.

  • Damaged or Faulty Deliveries: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a return at no cost to you. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been returned and inspected.
