Returns for Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return process and offer a replacement or refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs initially. However, if the item is confirmed faulty after inspection, we will reimburse your return shipping charges.
  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your own cost.

• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, with original packaging and all included accessories.
• Upon receiving the item in perfect condition, we will refund the product price (excluding original shipping fees).
• If the item is returned damaged, opened, or missing parts, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee based on the condition, which will be communicated to you on a case-by-case basis.
